This text presents reference considerations aimed at assessing the level of participation of various school segments (management, teachers, staff, parents, and students) in the educational management of the Deputado Francisco Monte Elementary School. School management is fundamental to developing citizens capable of integrating themselves into society. Community participation is essential to improving the quality of education and promoting citizenship. The study was based on the following authors: FERREIRA (1998), FREIRE (1991), GIL (2010), LIBÂNEO (1984), OLIVEIRA (1995), and SAVIANI (1980). To develop the research, a questionnaire was administered to various school segments, with two questions for each segment, and the responses were converted into statistical data. Community participation is fundamental to the effective functioning of a school. Active community participation must be promoted to improve the quality of education and develop citizens capable of integrating themselves into society.
