This article sought to understand how digital technologies and artificial intelligence, under capitalist logic, perpetuate and amplify structural discriminations based on gender, race, and class in Brazil. The methodology employed was a multidisciplinary critical analysis of academic literature, Brazilian demographic data, and empirical examples, focusing on digital platforms and their relation to algorithmic racism. The main findings indicate that digital colonialism and algorithmic racism reproduces historical inequalities, operates under the guise of technical neutrality, and systematizes social exclusion across multiple spheres, especially in the digital labor market. It was found that Brazilian law still treats technology as neutral, legitimizing new forms of oppression, and that the platformization of work reinforces precariousness primarily for young Black and peripheral populations. The article concludes that specific regulation of algorithmic racism, the promotion of inclusive public policies, and the integration of interdisciplinary approaches are urgently needed for a fairer and more equitable society.
