JUDICIALIZAÇÃO DA SAÚDE EM CAXAMBU: ACESSO A MEDICAMENTOS NÃO INCORPORADOS AO SUS

Abstract

The article aims to conduct a bibliographic study on the judicialization of health and access to medicines through the SUS. The expansion of judicialization with the formulation of strategies and guidelines for judicial decisions, considering the conflict between the medical prescription that underlies diagnoses and the interests of the pharmaceutical industry. It evaluates, together with the Federal Constitution, the right to health and the promotion of health in society. It analyzes data on medicines processed by the municipality of Caxambu, Minas Gerais national scene.
