Abstract

The present article aims to analyze the participation of responsible families in the teaching process of students at the Municipal Elementary School Nossa Senhora da Soledade in Moju-PA. This is a study developed based on field and bibliographic research, using a qualitative scientific investigation approach, grounded in the theoretical foundations of Oliveira (2003), Saviane (1995), Libâneo (2004), Paro (2020), Marquês (2021), Severino (2013), Gil (2009), and Chizzotti (2006). It was therefore necessary to analyze family participation in the educational context, with results indicating that family involvement significantly contributes to the teaching and learning process of students. It became evident that the greater the presence and involvement of families in the school environment, the better the students' educational outcomes tend to be.
