This study aimed to highlight the impacts of healthy eating and strength training on quality of life. To this end, a descriptive and exploratory narrative review was conducted, searching for articles in Google Scholar between April and August 2025. Of the 268 studies initially retrieved, 20 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. The results demonstrated that quality of life is directly related to the adoption of healthy habits, particularly regular exercise, especially strength training, and maintaining a balanced diet. Strength training has shown physiological, psychological, and social benefits, including improved physical fitness, chronic disease prevention, muscle strengthening, metabolic regulation, and emotional well-being. A healthy diet, composed of adequate macronutrients and micronutrients, favored training performance, muscle recovery, and overall health. The conclusion is that integrating strength training with a balanced diet enhances health outcomes, constituting an essential strategy for promoting quality of life and preventing health problems. The importance of interdisciplinary work by nutritionists and physical education professionals in monitoring exercisers is also highlighted.
