This study aimed to establish the epidemiological profile of patients diagnosed with meningioma between 2014 and 2024 at a Teaching Hospital in Western Paraná. It is a documentary, descriptive, and quali-quantitative study with a deductive approach. A total of 94 medical records of patients diagnosed with meningioma (ICD: C70.0, D32.0, D32.1, and D32.9) were analyzed. The data included demographic, clinical, anatomical, and therapeutic variables. Most patients were female (≈70%), white (>75%), with the highest incidence between 50 and 59 years of age. The main symptoms were headache (17%), sensory changes (14%), and dizziness (7%). The most common tumor location was the supratentorial region. The treatment of choice was neurosurgery (90%). There were 18 deaths, of which more than 60% occurred in the same year as the diagnosis. Despite the predominantly benign nature of meningiomas, the findings highlight their functional impact and potential severity. The lack of specific studies reinforces the importance of regional epidemiological research aimed at improving clinical management and the quality of life of these patients.
