The study addressed the use of computer-based technologies in the educational context, focusing on the transformations these tools brought to school pedagogical practices. The following research question was raised: how can the use of computer technologies contribute to transforming pedagogical practices in the school environment? The objective was to understand how such technologies favored more dynamic pedagogical practices aligned with contemporary societal demands. The methodology adopted was bibliographic research, using works that discussed the challenges of education in the digital age and the integration of technologies into the classroom. The development analyzed the impacts of the information society, the contributions of digital solutions, the challenges of implementation in schools, and the need for teacher training. The final considerations indicated that the conscious and planned use of computer technologies allowed the strengthening of pedagogical mediation, the expansion of student autonomy, and the redefinition of the teacher's role. The importance of public policies and continuing education was emphasized, as well as the need for further studies analyzing the practical application of these technologies in various school contexts.
