This article presents a qualitative and documentary analysis of the development of web-based systems applied to school management in Brazilian public institutions. Based on thirteen projects and academic works produced between 2021 and 2025, the study identifies solutions aimed at administrative organization, communication with the school community, inclusion of students with disabilities, pedagogical support, and sustainability. The analyzed systems demonstrate that technology can transform the school environment by promoting efficiency, accessibility, and integration across different sectors of educational institutions. Despite their variety, the initiatives share a common goal: to improve the quality of public education through digital process optimization and customized solutions. The research concludes that, although the systems are promising, their effectiveness depends on available technological infrastructure, user training, and support from educational networks. Thus, the study reinforces the importance of public policies that promote technological innovation as a tool to strengthen education.
