This article investigates the influence of childhood memories on identity formation and the cognitive, affective, and social development of individuals. Through qualitative interviews, we analyzed autobiographical narratives that reveal how childhood experiences shape behaviors, values, and perspectives in adulthood. The research highlights that culture, family ties, and the social environment are structuring elements of these memories, with direct implications for pedagogical practice and the construction of a more empathetic and conscious society.
