Education has undergone a significant transformation in recent years, driven mainly by advances in technology. During the pandemic, remote and virtual teaching became essential alternatives, providing a means of continuing learning. However, this transition brought challenges, such as the need for adaptation on the part of both teachers and students, in addition to requiring a new look at accessibility. The interaction between educators and students has also been reconfigured in the digital environment, with the use of platforms and tools that allow continuous communication, but are not always accessible to everyone. This paper aims to analyze and reflect on the importance of technology in the classroom, through bibliographic research and interviews with two teachers and one student, to investigate the topic in question. To ensure that learning is effective, it is essential that technological education be inclusive, providing all students, regardless of their limitations, with equal access to content. Adapting to remote teaching required the development of new skills, both technical and pedagogical. Teachers needed to learn to master new tools and methods, while students needed to familiarize themselves with virtual learning environments. Integrating technology into teaching, combined with the need for accessible education, represented a way to overcome these challenges, enabling more dynamic and interactive learning so that everyone could benefit.
