This article presents an academic outreach project, grounded in applied research, that originated with the creation of the podcast and digital magazine Voz da Sala. The initiative was conceived as a tool for active listening, promoting student belonging, and strategically strengthening institutional communication. Developed with a focus on behavioral innovation, collaborative management, and humanized digital marketing, the project impacted more than 51,000 people in just 20 days, mobilizing 45 volunteers over three days, involving all courses and shifts at Fatec São José do Rio Preto. The project established partnerships with public and private institutions, received support from national and international authorities, and achieved widespread coverage in digital and traditional media. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of agile methodologies and tools such as 5W2H, Canvas, and PDCA, all applied based on the knowledge acquired in the training offered by Fatec itself and the experiences and knowledge acquired throughout the professional career of the creator. Voz da Sala has established itself as a replicable model of social impact, validated by its ability to engage academic communities with purpose, belonging, and collective intelligence. Based on behavioral strategies (Enneagram, Coaching, NLP), management tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Canvas, SWOT), and current digital marketing principles (personalization, AI, purpose, and community), the project has established itself as a model of social innovation within the academic environment. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of active listening, emotional communication, and strategic management as fundamental pillars for generating belonging and social impact. The goal is to consolidate the project as a benchmark for extension programs that can be replicated in other FATECs, ETECs, and public institutions, with scientific validation and a structure compatible with submission to public notices, publication with DOI, and admission to master's programs.
