KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN A ELEMENTARY SCHOOL II: COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATIVE WORK

Abstract

Communication in the workplace is essential because it is a path to the institution's success, since it aligns objectives and encourages collaboration among members, thus strengthening personal relationships. The research analyzed the importance of Knowledge Management in a Elementary School II in the city of Rio de Janeiro, where there are several professionals who often do not meet each other. The research believes in the importance of knowledge management in the workplace because it can help promote collaborative work and disseminate information/knowledge, which will impact the development of students. A bibliographical research was conducted on the subject and, based on the critical success factors, an interview with professionals was conducted and subsequently analyzed. The research showed that by managing knowledge, the unit will enable the development of both the individual and the team.
