This paper aims to conduct a bibliographic analysis to explore the potential of curricula aligned with the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) in the context of Brazilian education. The study adopts a qualitative bibliographic research approach, seeking relevant theoretical references on the BNCC and curricula in different sources, such as official documents, academic works, and renowned authors. Based on this literature review, the paper discusses the characteristics of curricula in accordance with the BNCC, highlighting the importance of contextualization, regional diversity, interdisciplinarity, citizenship, and comprehensive education of students. In addition, the potential of these curricula is explored, such as stimulating student autonomy, promoting critical and reflective education, engaging with social and environmental issues, and adapting to the challenges of contemporary society. Based on these analyses, the paper contributes to the understanding of curricula aligned with the BNCC and their relevance in building a more meaningful education aligned with the needs of today's society.
