Abstract

The study's thematic focus is on the process of using artificial intelligence in the field of law. By research problem: The study addressed the research problem that seeks to elucidate the following guiding question: how does the use of artificial intelligence occur in the field of law in the current technological process? Justification: This study was justified by addressing that one of the main advantages of artificial intelligence in law is the increase in efficiency, thus, for the academic field it is relevant and necessary to present the conceptualization of artificial intelligence - AI in the current, to classify the use of artificial intelligence in law to perform its tasks and the ways in which artificial intelligence operates within modern law. Objectives: The objective of this research was to analyze the use of artificial intelligence in law, thus, to know and understand how these current technological systems work in practice. Method: The methodology used included a qualitative exploratory bibliographic review on the subject. Discussion: The use of artificial intelligence in the field of law demonstrates efficiency and procedural agility.
