Abstract

This article addressed the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Culture in a financial institution in the city of Itamaraju, Bahia. It aims to answer the following question: How can the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Practices influence the Organizational Culture of a financial institution in the city of Itamaraju, Bahia? To answer this question, the general objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility practices on the organizational culture. This is guided by the specific objectives that are: to contextualize corporate social responsibility and organizational culture; to present the main influences of the implementation of corporate responsibility; to demonstrate how CSR practices can influence the perception of the company's employees; to analyze how ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices can influence the company's relationships with Stakeholders. This study will be supported by quantitative and qualitative methodology, as it presents a basis for the analysis of bibliographic and documentary research collected from academic websites, virtual libraries, electronic books, scientific articles, in addition to the application of a questionnaire to collect data from leaders, employees and local society. This research strategy will allow the assessment of the impact of CSR on corporate business management, on the relationship with employees and on society. The research is relevant because it presents the conceptual understanding of corporate social responsibility and organizational culture, as well as identifying the main influences of the implementation of CSR practices and their impacts. This study contributes to the understanding of the implementation of social responsibility practices and their influences on organizational culture, employee performance and impact on relationships with stakeholders.
