Abstract

This work aims to analyze the influence of technology on the teaching-learning process, focusing on the changes that have occurred during and after the pandemic. The research is based on interviews with teachers to understand the opportunities and challenges of using digital tools in education. The results show that the use of technology can make classes more dynamic and interactive, facilitating learning. However, challenges such as unequal access, the need for teacher training and the adaptation of students to remote teaching were highlighted. The conclusion is that technology is an essential ally in teaching, provided its application is planned and accompanied by appropriate training, guaranteeing a more inclusive and innovative educational model.
