This article aimed to analyze how the principles of corporate pedagogy can contribute to a more humanized and strategic management of human capital in educational institutions. The research, of qualitative nature and bibliographic approach, was developed based on reference works on people management, leadership, motivation, and organizational climate in the school context. The results showed that valuing education professionals through active listening, continuing education, symbolic recognition, and the promotion of autonomy directly impacts engagement, well-being, and the quality of pedagogical practices. It is concluded that adapting the foundations of corporate pedagogy to the school environment represents an ethical and transformative possibility to strengthen institutional identity, promote healthier relationships, and invest in human potential as a foundation for more effective education sensitive to contemporary challenges.
