Glycemic control in children with type 1 diabetes requires a multifactorial approach involving proper diet, regular physical activity, and technological support. This study analyzed the influence of each component on improving glycemic control, highlighting the crucial role of nutritional education and continuous glucose monitoring. The results show that integrating balanced nutrition, adapted physical exercise, and hybrid closed-loop technologies offers significant benefits in both metabolic control and quality of life. Psychosocial aspects also proved crucial for treatment adherence. The future management of type 1 diabetes in children points to increasingly individualized strategies that combine technological advances with educational and emotional support. Therapeutic success, therefore, depends on the articulation of multiple factors, promoting the comprehensive care of pediatric patients.
