Objectives: To analyze, through scientific literature, the field of nursing practice in the context of entrepreneurship, with a view to strengthening and expanding the possibilities for insertion in the job market. Thus, the aim is to highlight new perspectives of professional practice that favor the consolidation of an autonomous and independent practice, contributing significantly to the training of entrepreneurial nurses who are capable of facing the contemporary challenges of the profession. Methodology: To construct this integrative review, the following consecutive steps were followed: definition of the problem and research question; data collection after defining inclusion and exclusion criteria; characterization of the studies; analysis and interpretation of the results collected, detecting similarities and conflicts; organization of the data into categories; and presentation of the findings and final considerations. Results: A scarcity of publications on the topic in question was observed. Of the nine articles selected, the majority were published in 2024, totaling five studies (55.5%), which indicates a recent increase in interest in the topic. The remaining articles are distributed as follows: one article (11.11%) in 2023, one (11.11%) in 2022, and two (22.22%) in 2021. These data reflect the topicality of the topic and the growing need to give visibility to its discussion. Conclusion: Although entrepreneurship in nursing presents numerous opportunities for professional advancement, it also faces challenges that require strategic solutions and supportive educational structures to fully realize its potential in Brazil.
