Cancer is considered one of the most feared pathologies among patients affected by it, especially in cases where wounds appear. The objective of the research was to analyze in the national and international literature what scientific evidence there is on the use of technologies used in the care of patients with oncological wounds. The methodology used was an integrative literature review, carried out from August 2024 to July 2025. The collection of primary studies was carried out in four databases relevant to the health and nursing areas: Medline/PubMed; Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS); and Nursing Database (BDEnf) via the Virtual Health Library - BVS (BIREME) and Embase. The result was that the integration of educational technologies in the care of patients with oncological wounds has proven to be an effective strategy to improve nursing care. Several studies have explored tools such as mobile applications, educational booklets and admission forms to improve the care and continuing education of health professionals. Therefore, it is concluded that the articles analyzed demonstrate that the integration of educational technologies in the care of patients with oncological wounds is essential to improve nursing care.
