Abstract

Remote education has become an increasingly present reality, especially driven by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, its implementation faces structural and pedagogical challenges that hinder its effectiveness. This article analyzes the main obstacles to remote education and the integration of technology into professional daily life, considering aspects such as infrastructure, teacher training, and student engagement. Furthermore, it discusses the importance of investing in continuous training and adaptive methodologies so that technology effectively becomes an ally in the educational process. National and international studies are compared to highlight best practices and persistent challenges. The study also incorporates interviews with students and teachers to better understand the reality of technology implementation in education and the impacts observed during and after the pandemic.
