The inclusion of people with disabilities (PWD) in postgraduate studies is a crucial and multifaceted topic. This article sought to analyze the profile and trajectories of PWDs in the Postgraduate Program in Psychology at the Federal University of Grande Dourados (UFGD), in the interior of Mato Grosso do Sul. For this purpose, a bibliographic and documentary research was carried out, consulting the selection notices published between 2016 and 2024, as well as the data available on the Program's portal and Lattes CVs. There was a low enrollment rate of PWDs and, consequently, the low rate of admissions and alumni, reinforcing the idea that the inclusion of PWDs in the analyzed program is still very incipient. It is clear that by guaranteeing access, permanence and academic success of PWDs, the University contributes to the training of more qualified professionals for the construction of a more just and inclusive society and science.
