This article aims to present how the 3rd Justice Center 4.0, Civil Support, acts to help identify Actions that fall under Incidents of Resolution of Repetitive Demands, the so-called IRDRs. Thus, our objective is to verify the measures adopted by the Center to identify the progress of these actions, as well as the decisions issued and other measures adopted to reduce the number of ongoing cases, in addition to resolving legal demands in Tocantins more quickly and effectively. This research was developed using the theoretical-deductive approach method, together with the methodology of legal research, through exploratory bibliographic and documentary techniques. From the information obtained, it is possible to identify that the aforementioned center acts as a kind of jurisdictional auxiliary, which has considerably increased the rate of decisions issued throughout the state of Tocantins. They identified and suspended repetitive lawsuits, resulting in an increase in the number of referrals to the Precedent and Collective Action Management Center - NUGEPAC, the department responsible for managing all cases suspended by IRDR, causing a positive impact on the provision of jurisdiction and improving the reasonableness of the duration of the case. Therefore, the Center's actions result in greater speed, both for the Judiciary of Tocantins and for those under its jurisdiction, especially with regard to the efficient functioning of the legal system, since it provides a considerable decongestion in the volume of lawsuits.
