Abstract

This article deals with the mandatory use of digital seals as a resource to identify the generation of digital content from the use of artificial intelligence. The general objective of the work was to analyze the technical and legal implications regarding the mandatory use of the identification seal in media content produced by artificial intelligence. The research was based on the use of the indirect data collection technique, through consultation of publications and articles available in the electronic media (Internet). The study highlights the importance and need for legal regulation regarding the mandatory use of the digital seal to identify digital content generated by artificial intelligence, considering the advances in this technology that allow the use of information to be distorted, causing damage to the personality, whether in the material or moral sphere. This thus allows greater protection of rights such as privacy and copyright. The guarantee of the reliability and authenticity of content or data through digital seals as a legal requirement also involves the responsibility of content creators, defining a new and important field for Law: technoethics.
