This scientific article aims to understand the relationship between the public power, technical assistance institutions, and family farmers in Lábrea, with the purpose of proposing a more comprehensive vision on collaborative governance in network. This theoretical approach seeks to demonstrate that collaborative governance is a viable and necessary path for the sustainable development of family farming. This research is justified by the need to analyze the impacts of collaborative governance in network on the collaboration, production, and sustainability of family farmers. Understanding how governance affects the lives of these producers is fundamental to ensure their full participation in modern society and to promote local sustainable development. Furthermore, this research aims to contribute to the formulation of more effective public policies and to the strengthening of family farming in Lábrea-AM, promoting sustainable rural development and improving the quality of life of family farmers.
