This article is based on a master's dissertation about the “Origens” program of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE), entitled: JUSTICE AND CITIZENSHIP: a case study of the “Origens” program of the TJPE in favor of access to biological identity and the historicity of the life of the adopted person as a factor of social inclusion and equal rights. The research highlighted its relevance in the psychosocial, legal and pedagogical fields, in addition to its contribution to the implementation of public policies of social inclusion and equal rights, aimed at adopted people. The proposed objectives were achieved through a detailed bibliographic study and the application of different data collection and content analysis techniques, according to Laurence Bardin (1977). The results identified in the research contributed to a greater scope and socio-pedagogical recognition of the program, which was developed by the interprofessional team of the Adoption and Family Studies Center (NAEF), responsible for its implementation, linked to the 2nd Childhood and Youth Court (VIJ) of Recife. The research was developed through the application of a semi-structured questionnaire, the conduct of a free interview and the analysis of the academic article, published by the employees assigned to the Center (NAEF), members of the permanent-specialized staff.
