This research emerges from concerns about the impasses that permeate the educational transformations caused by the digital and globalized era, analyzing the challenges faced by teachers and students in adapting to new technologies. The study seeks to understand how the introduction of Digital Technologies impacts daily school life. The main objective is to encourage teachers about the importance of technological inclusion in the educational environment using an exploratory approach based on interviews with teachers and students, identifying the main obstacles and opportunities in the implementation of digital technologies in the school environment. The development of the study points out that traditional teaching practice has been challenged by the digitalization of teaching, requiring new pedagogical strategies that favor students' autonomy and protagonism. The results of the interviews demonstrate that teachers recognize the importance of technology in education, but point out difficulties in adapting methodologies, in educational structures in teacher training. It is concluded that, for digital and globalized education to be effective, it is essential to invest in public policies that guarantee equal access to technologies, in addition to the continued training of teachers for the pedagogical application of digital resources, enabling more inclusive teaching and aligned with contemporary needs.
