EDUCATIONAL PODCAST AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR DISSEMINATING HEALTHCARE MODELS

The study investigated the use of educational podcasts as a tool for disseminating healthcare models, considering their accessibility and potential for engagement. The research was based on the following question: how can an educational podcast contribute to the dissemination and understanding of healthcare models? The objective was to analyze the applicability of this format to transmit information about healthcare organization and challenges, facilitating the training of professionals and students in the area. The methodology adopted consisted of a bibliographical research, based on references that discuss the structuring of healthcare services, the challenges of healthcare communication, and the impact of educational technologies on professional training. During the development, the fundamental concepts of healthcare models and the potential of podcasts as a pedagogical resource were addressed. The findings indicated that educational podcasts represent a viable strategy for expanding access to knowledge about healthcare models, allowing greater flexibility and inclusion of different professional profiles. The research highlighted the importance of innovation in healthcare education and suggested the need for future studies to evaluate the effectiveness of podcasts in retaining knowledge and improving healthcare practices.
