This study investigated how digital platforms can be effectively and ethically utilized in the educational context, aiming to analyze the benefits and risks of these tools for teaching. The research was conducted through a bibliographic approach, analyzing academic sources and studies on the use of digital technologies in education, artificial intelligence, ethics, and accessibility. The study explored the benefits of digital platforms, such as personalized learning and democratized access, as well as challenges including data privacy, unequal access, and the impact on student autonomy. The findings highlighted that while digital platforms offer significant opportunities for education, their implementation must be accompanied by public policies and appropriate pedagogical practices. The conclusions emphasized that for digital education to be effective, equitable access to technology and continuous teacher training must be ensured. The research concluded that although the results are promising, further studies are needed to address the ethical and social challenges of digital platforms, focusing on digital inclusion and equity.
