This study aimed to analyze how school management can contribute to the development of students' life projects, considering various aspects of formal education and contemporary societal challenges. To achieve this goal, the research was conducted using a qualitative approach, based on a bibliographic review. The methodology consisted of analyzing academic works and relevant articles addressing school management and life project formation, emphasizing the interrelation between these themes. The findings indicated that school management significantly impacts the development of life projects by creating environments conducive to students' reflection on their personal and professional choices. The collaboration between school management and teachers was identified as essential for integrating life projects into the school curriculum, enabling students to receive guidance and support throughout their development. Continuous teacher training proved crucial for the process's effectiveness, equipping educators to act as facilitators in constructing students' life projects. Technologies were also highlighted as essential tools for supporting both school management and student guidance in building their life projects. The concluding remarks emphasized the importance of efficient school management, teacher training, and the use of technologies, suggesting the need for further studies on integrating these practices into life project development.
