Abstract

This article aims to bring considerations about the theme of emotionally abusive relationships within the family, with a focus on the harm suffered by children and adolescents. The theme is touched upon by notes taken from Psychology, since the most in-depth studies on the subject are developed by this science. However, since it is a contribution to Law, the structure is developed based on legal elements arising from the main normative sources that regulate the theme, with an emphasis on the principle of comprehensive protection.
