This article analyzes the impact of educational software on teaching during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting its role in maintaining remote and hybrid learning. The research was conducted through a bibliographic review, exploring academic studies on the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in education. The study discusses how these tools facilitated distance learning, promoted innovative methodologies, and exposed structural challenges, such as inequality in internet access and the need for teacher training. The findings show that educational software has become essential for adapting education to new realities, contributing to a more flexible and accessible model. However, its effectiveness depends on educational policies that ensure adequate infrastructure and continuous teacher training. Thus, the article proposes reflections on the future of educational technologies and their relevance in building a more equitable education system.
