Abstract

This study emphasizes the importance of affectivity and teacher training in special education, highlighting the need to establish bonds, include students with disabilities in the school environment, provide support, and ensure awareness of their rights, laws, and guarantees. Quality education should prioritize affectivity as a pedagogical tool, working cautiously yet firmly to help students understand and engage in the learning process, adhere to rules of coexistence, and develop their affective relationships without suppressing their emotions. Teachers must undergo continuous training to effectively apply this methodology in partnership with families, fostering creativity and potential from the student's early school years. This approach seeks to ensure high-quality learning and a fulfilling school experience, supported by inclusive practices and the legal rights and resources available.
