This article analyzed the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT) in school management, highlighting their benefits, challenges, and strategies for efficient and inclusive implementation. The objective was to explore how DICT can modernize administrative processes, enhance pedagogical practices, and promote digital inclusion. The methodology consisted of a descriptive and qualitative literature review, focusing on materials published in the last five years, such as scientific articles, books, and government documents. The results showed that DICT improves school organization, automates tasks, strengthens school-community communication, and makes pedagogical planning more efficient. Tools such as digital platforms and management systems promote greater transparency and family engagement. However, challenges such as poor infrastructure, lack of connectivity, and resistance from teachers and administrators limit technological adoption. It is concluded that digital transformation in school management has great potential, but depends on investments in infrastructure, continuing education, and inclusive public policies. Future studies can deepen the impact of DICT on reducing educational inequalities.
