Depressive disorder is characterized by a decrease in daily activities, expressed by depressive symptoms, social isolation, loss of interest or pleasure, feelings of guilt, low self-esteem, reduced or excessive appetite, among others that are considered, in the physical and psychological changes of individuals. Then this study aimed to analyze the subjectivity of depressive signs and symptoms in Chronic Kidney Patients (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis, with the prognosis Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). The methodology was quantitative and exploratory through observation, interview and questionnaire techniques, with field research of a quantitative nature, at the Institute of Nephrology of Araguaia (INA), in the city of Barra do Garças-MT for data collection with fifty DRC. In determining and analyzing the results obtained, a profile of CKD patients undergoing treatment at INA was drawn up, highlighting the relevance of comprehensive care for CKD patients, integrating emotional aspects into the treatment.
