When food has biochemical components in its structure that help maintain the body's homeostasis, that is, it allows the individual to prevent various diseases if it is necessary to include it in the food menu so that it can be consumed on a regular basis. Given the current scenario in which industrial foods are produced on a large scale and the low cost of purchasing such products is more attractive to the majority of the population; Therefore, natural products, although in the last century they have presented results in relation to less expensive production methods, cultivars that are more resistant to pests and others, they still cannot serve a significant portion of the population and reduce the value of the transfer of the production of these products. . The fatty acids present in different foods and can be found in food capsules are responsible for various functions and tissue formation, etc., which allows primary prevention and assistance in the treatment of already established diseases. For this reason, it is necessary to publicize the benefits of consuming fatty acids.
