This article analyzes the impacts of digital sex education on adolescent sexual behavior and its relationship with early pregnancy. It addresses the issue of how content accessed on social media influences youth sexual practices. The objective is to understand these dynamics through a systematic literature review (2015–2025), based on authors such as Araújo (2023) and Alves et al. (2023). The findings indicate that although digital media expands access to information, the lack of critical mediation fosters misinformation, early sexualization, reproduction of stereotypes, sexual abuse, and teenage pregnancy. It is concluded that public policies must integrate inclusive and digitally oriented sex education strategies to reduce adolescent pregnancy.
