THE CHALLENGES AND DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED IN REMOTE EDUCATION AND THE INCLUSION OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE TEACHER'S EXPERIENCE

The last few years have been characterized by the increase and intensification of technological progress and digital transformation globally. In this sense, the article in question is justified by the search to understand and analyze the experiences and considerations of teachers regarding the use of technology in education during the pandemic, highlighting obstacles, resolutions and lessons learned. Herefore, it was necessary to bring together teachers to investigate their practices and perceptions regarding this topic so dear to society in general, especially to academia. The main purpose of this text is to emphasize the importance of representing and evolving technologies more clearly and, mainly, from the perspective of an evolution process in the educational context. Thus, two teachers from different areas were invited to establish a joint analysis of the biggest obstacles and challenges related to the issue of digital transformation and inclusion in the daily educational environment. The findings indicate the importance of overcoming the traditional, inflexible and linear model, through a new paradigm that includes innovative proposals and inter- and transdisciplinary construction.
