This article aims to present the observations made in a commercial organization focused on the supply of supplies for domestic animals, from the perspective of organizational psychology. To this end, the reports bring with them a theoretical and bibliographical approach of research that is based on reflections on the relationships established in the professional sphere. Coming from a qualitative research, the study was structured in interviews, collection of information and observation of those involved in the routine of the micro-enterprise, which is part of the configuration of a family business. With the development of the research, it was possible to look beyond the technical and professional aspects, that is, to the individualities that culminate directly in the quality of life and personal desires of managers and employees. This perspective considered the reciprocal relationship between the organization as a whole and its agents, that is, the influences of power relations, life perspective and the physical apparatus of the company, directly on people, and their actions as results of such influences were observed. Finally, the concepts of leadership, motivation, and performance will be addressed, albeit briefly and sufficiently for the purposes of this article. quality of life; work ergonomics; attitudes, perceptions and emotions; power and conflict; organizational culture and, also, the rejected change processes, which end up being essential for the progress of organizations, but avoided at all costs, both by managers and employees.
