This paper aims to address the implementation process of the Piauí Literacy Program, at the Right Age, in the form of a collaborative regime and as a public educational policy, in the thirteen municipalities that make up the 10th Regional Education Management, in Floriano, in the State of Piauí, since 2021. The main objectives of the Piauí Literacy Program, at the Right Age, are to teach all children to read and write by the age of seven, establishing collaborative ties between the State of Piauí and the municipalities. The methodology used in the development of this work is documentary and bibliographical research; field research, carried out during the development of this work. The main results found are the improvement of the literacy process in the municipalities of the 10th GRE Floriano.
