Education in contemporary times faces complex challenges that demand innovative, integrative, affective and leadership training approaches. Thinking in this way, the School and the Teacher play a fundamental role in the formation, whether intellectual or integral, of the students, these two visions of training have always been the questions of many teachers in relation to the teaching-learning process in the area of education. Some people may say that educating (teaching) the children of this new generation (after the COVID-19 pandemic) is not an easy task, because in addition to being faced with classrooms more and more, they realize the need to deal with children who have different levels of learning (difficulties) and we can no longer escape that the school should be a democratic place of inclusion (social and technological), so that they can live fully in society. Thus, this article reports the experiences of teachers through investigation (interview questionnaire), with the objective of discovering how the use of technologies can help in the process of knowledge appropriation, in the development of skills and competencies from the use of technological tools in the daily life of the classroom, where teachers not only act as facilitators of knowledge, but also as agents of transformation, helping students develop a solid foundation to become confident, ethical and emotionally balanced citizens.
