The objective of this article is to provide a report on the experience focused on the importance of interdisciplinarity in professional secondary schools. There is speculation about the Renato Ramos da Silva Professional Education Center. The research is based on documents from the school's Political-pedagogical Project. However, to achieve more reliable results, several articles from the last five years are used to address interdisciplinarity, multidisciplinarity and disciplinarity. The process seeks to discover the extent to which various disciplines can be used together to maximize the learning and development potential of the CEDUP teacher and form a student whose certificates could adapt to the needs of the current job market in terms of their career and more. The article has a descriptive objective. He works to explore the use of interdisciplinarity as a means of career development practices for CEDUP teachers. When we concluded the studies, we were able to realize that interdisciplinarity is a process that greatly helps in teaching and learning and also contributes to the academic training of students in the development of skills and competencies that are so demanded in our current context.
