With the audits conducted by the Federal Court of Accounts in Federal Institutes of Professional and Technological Education, these institutions began adopting management indicators as tools aimed at achieving efficiency, efficacy, and effectiveness in the services provided, aligning themselves with the transformations in public administration and their integration into the managerial paradigm. This exploratory and quantitative study is part of the research line “Organization and Memories of Pedagogical Spaces in Professional and Technological Education” of the Professional Master's Program in Professional and Technological Education – ProfEPT. The objective was to analyze the academic efficiency of the integrated high school courses offered by IFSertãoPE, Ouricuri campus, from 2017 to 2023. Data collection was carried out through reports extracted from the Nilo Peçanha Platform, and the data were processed using descriptive statistics. As a result, it was found that the analyzed indicators are indispensable tools for the management of federal professional education institutions and for achieving academic success.
