The Judiciary has benefited from technological advances in conflict resolution. There is no doubt that the emergence of new conflict resolution technologies, such as ODR (Online Dispute Resolution), has enabled the population to access justice. Various ODR solutions are available to the public within the Judiciary, including CNJ Digital Mediation, a technology used by the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), and Online Mediation (MOL). In this context, the objective of this research is to analyze the information technologies used in mediations and judicial conciliation by the CNJ, TJTO, and MOL to understand their advantages and disadvantages. For this purpose, a bibliographic review and a survey of technologies were conducted through portals such as the CNJ, TJTO, MOL, and academic journals to identify some of these technologies applied in judicial mediation and conciliation. In conclusion, each has its pros and cons, but it is evident that litigants benefit from an increasingly wide range of options offered by the Judiciary.
