This article provides an in-depth psychoanalytic analysis of the student-teacher relationship, emphasizing the importance of transference and psychic structures in educational practices. Through a literature-based qualitative study, it examines how the Id, Ego, and Superego influence student behavior and interactions within the school environment, positioning transference as a central phenomenon. In this process, students unconsciously project emotions onto teachers, while countertransference reflects the teachers' emotional reactions. Understanding these dynamics enables educators to adjust their pedagogical approaches, fostering a more inclusive and balanced learning environment. The analysis suggests that teacher training in psychoanalytic concepts is an essential tool to support students' emotional and cognitive development, contributing to healthier educational practices that meet students' psychological needs.
