Cross Training, which combines strength, resistance and functional skills exercises, has become popular, but its high intensity and variety of movements can increase the prevalence of musculoskeletal pain among practitioners. This integrative review aimed to analyze the prevalence of these pains, identifying the risk factors and the most affected regions. The research was carried out in the VHL, PEDro, PubMed and CAPES Periodicals databases, with studies published between 2018 and 2024. The results show that musculoskeletal pain, mainly in the shoulder, lower back and knee, is common due to the use of heavy loads and intense movements. Factors such as lack of mobility, muscle imbalances and inadequate technique increase the risk of injury. For prevention and recovery, strategies such as muscle strengthening, proprioceptive training and physical therapy are recommended, including myofascial release, which relieves pain and improves mobility. Flexibility is also essential to avoid injuries and optimize recovery. In conclusion, the practice of Cross Training requires care due to its intensity. Physiotherapeutic techniques and personalized approaches, taking into account the individual conditions of each practitioner, are fundamental to improving performance and reducing the risk of injuries.
