This article aims to investigate Digital Educational Resources (DERs) in terms of their structural viability for teaching and learning with the use of technologies from the perspective of connected education. The digital culture society is adapted to computers and their assets, therefore, in this social and technological context in which we live, the internet has become integrated into our routine. We are experiencing the emergence of new revolutions in digital development with enormous historical impact, and as a consequence of this dynamic situation of transformations directly related to electronics, we are becoming increasingly dependent. Technology is the protagonist in mediating a large part of the activities carried out in society's daily life and drives the production of information in all environments of the human condition. Currently, as a result of this correlation between technology and information, debates and initiatives related to the need for communication and interaction through digital means have produced a diverse number of platforms and devices that have been improved, impacting the growth of teaching resources to support teaching. Regulation for use, curation and specific techniques in the acquisition of knowledge about the use of digital resources available for didactic-pedagogical innovation are essential.
