Abstract

This work brings an approach to High School and Chemistry, where chemistry and its benefits were discussed, as well as the importance of Teaching Chemistry. Chemistry is one of the most beautiful and relevant sciences that can be found around us, as it allows us to discover the importance of all the elements that surround us, in addition to giving us teachings without quantitative value that are extremely admirable for us to be able to do. see life differently. In view of this, the General Objective is “Analyzing the contributions of chemistry knowledge as a strategy for meaningful learning and dissemination of knowledge”. As the approach to the problem was quantitative, from the point of view of its objectives it is a descriptive research; of technical, bibliographic and field procedures with a sample of 20 students. Important results were obtained that contributed to understanding the importance of meaningful learning in chemistry.
