This study aims to survey all the documents, space, and conditions required to set up a vaccination room in a pharmacy, ensuring that procedures are carried out according to current regulations and guaranteeing the safety and effectiveness of the service provided. The methodology adopted consisted of documentary research using scientific databases and official documents to analyze legislation, regulations, and best practices related to vaccination in pharmacies. Data collection included scientific articles published in the last five years and technical standards, resolutions, and legislation in force on the subject. The result of the study was a detailed mapping of the necessary documentation, the drafting of a guideline, the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the definition of pharmacists' responsibilities, with a view to the safety and effectiveness of vaccination services. In conclusion, standardization is essential to ensure that vaccines are administered correctly. It is indispensable for guaranteeing public health protection and providing a well-structured, safe, and accessible vaccination system.
