THE USE OF SPECIAL CIVIL COURTS IN RECIFE/PE AS AN EDUCATIONAL TOOL FOR CONCILIATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Abstract

This research aims to investigate how conciliation, promoted by the Special Civil Courts of Recife-PE, can be used as an educational form in resolving conflicts. To this end, qualitative and quantitative field research of an exploratory, bibliographical, theoretical and investigative nature will be carried out, enabling data collection, pertinent to the theme of conciliation as a form of conflict resolution in the Special Civil Courts of Recife with focus on communication, direct techniques used in the approach to be able to resolve demands efficiently and faster. The aim is to analyze how the court can function as a tool to educate those under its jurisdiction about the appropriate resolution of conflicts. As a result, we seek to identify whether conciliation is an educational tool to accelerate the resolution of a conflict between parties.
